Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and VIP management protocols
- Coordinate event flow across multiple venues (downtown, Jack London Square, Oracle Arena)
- Manage premium beverage stations and catering service standards
- Handle emergency response procedures and conflict resolution
- Operate AV equipment and stage setups for tech/corporate events
- Maintain brand consistency through uniform presentation and messaging
- Conduct post-event inventory and quality assurance reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in high-end hospitality or event management
- TAMS/Eventbrite certification or equivalent event tech proficiency
- Valid Food Handler's Permit (California)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Exceptional communication in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for evenings/weekends with 24-hour notice
- Valid CA driver's license for venue transport
