Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at premium events including registration, crowd management, and VIP assistance
- Maintain venue safety protocols while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
- Coordinate with event teams for setup, teardown, and operational logistics
- Handle premium vendor relationships and equipment management
- Deliver brand-aligned service at high-stakes corporate and social events

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in premium event hospitality or guest services
- Valid Texas state ID and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor with polished appearance standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first/CPR certification preferred
- Experience with luxury hospitality or high-end retail preferred
