Responsibilities
- Provide VIP guest services at luxury events including greeting, registration, and concierge support
- Manage VIP seating areas and ensure premium guest satisfaction standards
- Execute event setup/breakdown protocols with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team to maintain seamless event flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Represent luxury brands with polished appearance and exceptional etiquette
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in premium event hospitality or luxury service roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance with ability to adhere to strict dress codes
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TABC certification or ability to obtain prior to assignment
- Experience with guest management software preferred
