Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at VIP entrances, coat checks, and premium seating areas
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate with venue management and security teams during high-traffic events
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems for premium services
- Maintain pristine venue appearance and execute rapid setup/breakdown procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes and client requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-end hospitality or event services
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Flexibility to work 20-40 hours per week across multiple venues
