- Execute complex event setups including stage management and decor placement
- Handle VIP credentialing and secure access control protocols
- Assist with emergency response procedures and crowd management
- Maintain brand-specific service standards and appearance guidelines
- Coordinate with vendors and internal event teams for flawless execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end event or hospitality experience
- Professional appearance with ability to maintain formal attire
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
