Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and VIP access with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with poise and diplomacy
- Execute event protocols including crowd control and safety procedures
- Represent client brands through polished communication and appearance
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces and equipment
- Maintain detailed incident reports and client feedback documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of premium event hospitality or venue experience
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor for luxury client interactions
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
