Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest registration and VIP check-in procedures
- Manage premium beverage stations and luxury amenity coordination
- Provide exceptional brand ambassador services for Fortune 500 clients
- Coordinate with security and venue teams for seamless operations
- Handle VIP guest requests with discretion and professionalism
- Conduct post-event inventory and equipment reconciliation
Qualifications
- 2+ years high-end hospitality or event experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand 8+ hours in formal attire
- Reliable transportation to downtown venues
- TAM certification or equivalent crowd management training
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends with 24-hour notice
