Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously (2-4 dogs per group) in designated Baltimore neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo and video updates to pet parents via our mobile app
- Administer basic medications as needed with proper documentation
- Maintain detailed records of pet behavior, health observations, and service delivery
- Transport pets to/from veterinary appointments and grooming services when required
- Participate in ongoing pet care safety training and certification programs
- Represent our brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to safely handle dogs weighing 5-100+ pounds
- Strong understanding of canine behavior and positive reinforcement techniques
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends consistently
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
