- Process high-volume transactions with precision using POS systems
- Deliver personalized customer service exceeding luxury brand standards
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and security protocols
- Upsell premium products and loyalty programs
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end retail or luxury hospitality experience
- Proven cash handling accuracy with zero discrepancies
- Expert knowledge of POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/holidays
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
