Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash, credit, and digital transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Provide personalized customer service while maintaining efficient checkout flow
- Operate advanced POS systems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies
- Upsell premium products and loyalty program benefits
- Maintain organized and secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with store management to optimize checkout efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume cashier experience
- Expertise in modern POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.)
- Proven ability to handle cash with perfect reconciliation records
