Responsibilities
- Process high-volume, high-value transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver personalized luxury customer service experiences
- Operate advanced POS systems and payment processing technologies
- Execute inventory reconciliation and cash management protocols
- Resolve payment discrepancies and service escalations
- Train new associates on cashier procedures and brand standards
- Contribute to store merchandising and visual presentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years premium retail or high-volume cashier experience
- Expertise in POS systems (Shopify, Square, Oracle)
- Exceptional cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Proven ability to maintain composure during peak rushes
- Advanced problem-solving for payment processing issues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
