Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service to discerning Scottsdale clientele
- Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Train new baristas on coffee techniques and brand standards
- Develop and execute seasonal menu innovations
- Manage inventory and ordering for premium coffee beans
- Collaborate with culinary team to create coffee pairings
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in a luxury environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in specialty coffee or high-end hospitality
- Expert-level latte art and espresso extraction skills
- Knowledge of single-origin beans and brewing methodologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-end service environments
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash management
- Portfolio of coffee artistry required
