Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and organized merchandise stock
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and company policies during operating hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability for Friday evenings and weekend shifts (6 PM - 11 PM)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Oklahoma City location
