Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stocking procedures
- Participate in pre-shift and post-shift team briefings
Qualifications

- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
