Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a professional and solution-oriented attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the floor management team to ensure operational goals are met.
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required for weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
