- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally
- Support promotional campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
