Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, friendly assistance, and efficient checkout processes
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness according to visual standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving merchandise and conducting stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in weekend promotions and special events to drive customer engagement
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while representing our brand positively
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with flexible weekday availability
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
