Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance product displays and store aesthetics
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- No prior retail experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Students currently enrolled in high school, college, or university are strongly encouraged to apply
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
