Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Assist with visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekday scheduling
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/operating POS systems
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to Dallas locations
