Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, personalized customer service across all store departments
- Operate POS systems efficiently and process transactions accurately
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Assist with inventory audits and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal displays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm shifts)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Street location
- Previous retail experience a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
