Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need with a smile.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the register.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and price changes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Perform basic store maintenance duties, including cleaning and organizing the stockroom.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation is recommended.
