Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer assistance through style consultations and product recommendations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain boutique aesthetic
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Manage inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
- Operate POS systems and process returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekend sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
