Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing cash, card, and mobile payments
- Merchandise products according to seasonal displays and visual standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Support loss prevention efforts by following security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Beach Boulevard location
