- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing merchandising displays
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks and box cutters safely
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets
- Support store cleanliness and safety compliance throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and flexible daytime hours
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Northeast El Paso location

- Availability to work 16-24 hours weekly
