Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and problem-solving
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
- Merchandise and maintain store appearance, including restocking shelves and organizing displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations and peak-hour coverage
- Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and loss prevention measures
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness, safety compliance, and visual merchandising
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and moving throughout shifts
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
