- Provide personalized styling assistance and product recommendations to weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising displays to enhance store aesthetics and drive sales
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stockroom organization during evening shifts
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional cleanliness and customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) and evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and trends
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
