- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and folding clothes.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale system.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and assist in the receiving of new merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to execute store goals and promotional events.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's brand standards and values during every shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
