- Resolve customer inquiries through multiple channels (chat, email, phone) with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to knowledge base updates
- Meet weekly SLA targets while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in weekend training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support special projects during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools
- Strong time management with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
