Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service through product demonstrations and solution-based recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation and inventory standards
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency according to company protocols
- Execute weekend promotions and merchandising directives with precision

- Complete daily operational tasks including restocking and facility upkeep
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in college program preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience required

- Proven reliability with perfect weekend attendance history
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptable decision-making abilities
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
