Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store organization standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, hours, and services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the store is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle cash handling duties with 100% accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
