Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or answering questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately process payments.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace in the back office and stockroom.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (current students welcome).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
