Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect and verify incoming inventory against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse shelves to ensure optimal inventory flow.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of orders for distribution.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be reliable and able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire.
