Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise using barcode scanners and inventory systems.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are secure and labeled correctly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by organizing stock aisles and removing debris.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to ensure product integrity before shipping.
- Shipping Support: Assist in loading outbound trucks and verifying shipping documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and move quickly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred for material handling roles.
