Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship temperature-controlled goods using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counts and stock rotation
- Inspect and prepare shipments for safe Alaskan transit conditions
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid Alaska driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Way location
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
