Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory, ensuring proper documentation and quality standards
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse conditions through systematic stock rotation and housekeeping
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
