Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and material handling equipment
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, safe work areas following OSHA standards and company protocols
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and documenting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic math skills and ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred; training provided for newcomers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied temperatures
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
