Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for internal and external clients during evening hours.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets efficiently using Zendesk or similar tools.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Conduct basic software installations, updates, and hardware maintenance.
- Assist users with password resets, network access, and email configuration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or IT help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient demeanor.
