Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients via remote access and phone support.
- Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to non-technical users to resolve basic inquiries.
- Assist in the deployment and installation of new software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Flexibility to work non-standard business hours as needed.
