Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware and software problems via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Client Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and clients, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, update software, and assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations in our ticketing system.
- Network Support: Assist in maintaining local area network (LAN) connectivity and resolving connectivity issues for remote teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly.
- Schedule: Must be available to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week) including some evenings.
