As a part-time member of our elite team, you will manage a portfolio of technical roles while enhancing our online presence through strategic SEO practices. This role offers a flexible schedule (20-25 hours/week) within the vibrant San Francisco tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier technical talent for engineering, product, and data roles using advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Optimize job descriptions and recruitment landing pages for search engines to drive organic traffic and improve applicant quality.
- Conduct initial technical screenings and competency assessments via video conferencing.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements and market positioning.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates within the SF Bay Area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruitment or HR, with a focus on software engineering and IT.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into compelling copy.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA, or willing to commute to our downtown office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media recruitment strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
