Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach to identify qualified candidates on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) for technical roles.
- Optimize job postings and company website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach and applicant quality.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to adjust strategies and improve results.
- Contribute to the development of engaging recruitment marketing materials and job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta-tagging.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for local networking events (if applicable).
