Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via in-person and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using our POS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campus initiatives
- Maintain detailed records and reporting documentation
- Support inventory management and merchandising operations
- Participate in evening shift rotations (4-6 PM to 10 PM)
- Complete training modules to develop professional skills
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in accredited college/university program
- Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently
