Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and timely food delivery
- Process payments accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless dining experiences
- Memorize menu details including ingredients, allergens, and daily specials
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and contribute to overall restaurant hygiene
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
