Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and beverage offerings
- Process orders accurately through our iPad POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining areas
- Handle payment transactions and cash management
- Contribute to daily prep and closing duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
