Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Master 50+ menu items and wine pairings through our immersive training program
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash registers daily
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold strict sanitation standards and maintain a pristine dining environment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and grace
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and post-shift cleanup routines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS proficiency (Toast/Revel experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions
- Reliable transportation for flexible evening/weekend availability
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
