Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly manage food orders and beverage requests using POS systems
- Process payments accurately and reconcile cash registers
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Upsell specials and menu items to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience required
- Knowledge of Denver food scene and local ingredients preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Valid Colorado food handler's certification
