Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table rotations, clear/reset stations efficiently during peak hours
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash drawers at shift end
- Uphold strict sanitation standards and maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Collaborate with bartenders and hosts to ensure seamless guest flow
- Actively participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior server experience in fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and comfort with POS technology
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
