Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly present and explain menu items including premium steaks and wines
- Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food delivery
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Upsell specials and high-margin items to maximize revenue
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid Nevada Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of wine and cocktail service
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude under pressure during peak hours
- Must pass background check and drug screening
