Responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed food/beverage recommendations
- Accurately process orders and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff
- Manage payment transactions and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side station setup
- Collaborate with team during peak service periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Must be 21+ to handle alcohol service
