Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide detailed menu guidance
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Deliver food and beverages with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Must be 18+ and able to stand/walk for 8+ hours
